When will I receive my order?
It takes 3-7 days for an order to be shipped. Shipping time varies depending on your location, but is approximately:
EU - 1-2 weeks
USA 1-3 weeks
Do you ship to my country?
If you don’t see your country listed at the checkout, email me at samcarrart@gmail.com and I will see if I’m able to do it.
Unfortunately I am currently unable to ship to the United Kingdom.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from Sweden using Postnord, the Swedish postal service.
Will I receive a tracking number with my order?
Orders containing a Fine Art print are shipped with tracking. Smaller orders are sent without tracking.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated times above, get in touch at samcarrart@gmail.com with your order number
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email me at samcarrart@gmail.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Returns
What’s your return policy?
Since all prints are made to order, I don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me at samcarrart@gmail.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact the archive at samcarrart@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll help get it fixed.
